Our garbage was overflowing, the sinks needed cleansing, Coffee and bottled water needed replacing. The hotel offered to send us clean towels and sheets for us to utilize in servicing our own room which was totally inadequate for cleaning the entire room. When we called The front desk we were told That there was no one available to clean the room until the next day. During our phone call we were told that this was a new policy as a result of the COVID-19 virus. After 2 days we called the front desk and were told that it’s only available on request which we were never notified upon check in at the hotel. That being said, we were amazed that in two days there was no maid service even though we put the housekeeping light on to notify the staff as we have done in the past. We had a five star experience at the steakhouse inside the hotel. We have always enjoyed the beautiful rooms of this hotel. It was our fourth visit in the last four years.
