I found the crowd a but rough-looking but maybe it's because it was so late at night by the time I made it there and at that time, it seems the men get pretty friendly. I didn't make it to Gold Strike but just comparing the two properties from outside appearances despite what mama always said, I am guessing it's much nicer. You definitely need a car to go from one casino to another which is kind of annoying. Though Tunica is supposed to be the third largest casino *town* outside of Vegas and AC, the set-up is not at all similar-there's no strip, no boardwalk. It's in the middle of nowhere and the only other casino that is within walking distance is Gold Strike.
Stopped by a couple of weeks ago for WSOP.
